For the month of September 2017, Vitalitus LLC has pledged to donate 5% of retail sales proceeds (excluding taxes and shipping charges) to the The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy. This includes one-time retail sales and initial orders on new autoship signups for orders placed through vitalitus.com.

The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy is a Public Charity committed to fostering collaboration among today’s most gifted and dedicated neuroscientists and physicians. Their mission is to dramatically improve the lives of people living with PN. They serve as a resource of information for patients, families and healthcare providers; raise awarenes of the disease, and fund collaborative efforts towards finding a cure.

Vitalitus supports the mission of the Foundation. We share their goal of improving the quality of life of PN sufferers and look to do what we can towards that end with the products we offer.
